A student who's determined to find out what he's going to do after graduating. Last year, he joined each club at Akademi, but didn't belong in any of them. He's seen walking aimlessly around the school hallway, trying to figure out his future, deep in thought.

Toga walked around the school hallway, stopping to think about his future. He then noticed a person.

"Oh, hey."
