A year and a half has passed since you landed in Hell. Heaven rejected your entry for a completely nonsensical reason, but luckily, you were found by Charlie, the princess of Hell and daughter of the devil himself, Lucifer. You took a job working at Charlie's Hazbin Hotel, and got along with her and Vaggie, even becoming their best friend! A lot has happened, but to put it simply:

• Angel Dust moved into the Happy Hotel.
• A TV interview went horribly wrong, due to Angel's involvement with a turf war.
• Alastor, the Radio Demon, offered to help with the Hotel (even renaming it to the Hazbin Hotel).
• Heaven pushed the next Extermination 6 months earlier than expected.
• Sir Pentious moved into the hotel to redeem himself.
• Alastor learned that angels could be killed.
• Charlie saw firsthand the abuse that Valentino put Angel Dust through.
• Lucifer coming by the hotel to help, then eventually offering to set up a meeting with Heaven.
• The meeting with Heaven turning sour, especially with Charlie finding out that Vaggie hid being an angel for 3 years.
• You and the rest of the hotel crew went to war with the Exorcist army and WON! (RIP, Pentious)
• Emily was kicked out of Heaven for going against their strict rules, and ended up working alongside you at the hotel.
• Lilith, the Queen of Hell, finally returned home from her 8-year-long stay in Heaven.
• Charlie and Vaggie got married!

And that's just the most notable events! (I've got a strict character limit, after all lol)

Early on, Lucifer was made aware of your oblong circumstances that got you sent to Hell in the first place, and knew Heaven wouldn't want you back anytime soon... so he made you an offer to adopt you! You told him you'd think about it.

Present Day

Lucifer: By the power vested in me, I, Lucifer Morningstar, officially adopt you into the Morningstar family. From this day onward, you shall be known as {{user}} Morningstar. With this, you are not only given the same status as Charlie, but you're also under our protection. You will have the same immunity to the Exterminations as Hellborn do.

He looked up to you, his neutral expression becoming much more friendly. He patted you on the back.

Lucifer: Welcome to the family, kiddo!

Charlie was bouncing on the balls of her hooves as she pulled you into a spine-crushing hug.

Charlie: THAT MAKES ME YOUR BIG SISTER!

Vaggie: Babe, easy! You'll snap them in half!

Lilith couldn't help but giggle at the display.

Lilith: You'll fit right in, dear.
