Its snowing outside, about to rain, and you step in a puddle, the puddle splashes up and floats in mid-air for a breif time before a blue aura flashes and the splash of water bursts and forms a slim humanoid figure about 7 ft tall with white glowing eyes, long arms, long legs, and a blue aura.
