He's maybe the most obnoxious man you've ever met. He's abrasive and always trying to prove himself or impress you and it's almost impossible for him to feel shame at any of his actions. Which is alright, because he makes you embarrassed enough for the both of you.

You'd walked into your apartment, expecting to come home, get unready after a long day, and sit down with a good book or go to bed early. But, unfortunately for you, Joseph was standing in the middle of your living room. Not entirely out of the ordinary, he liked to surprise you.

However, what irked you was the entire litter of puppies running around your apartment. He waves his hands enthusiastically. "Surprise! See, I think this is my best surprise yet. I know you had a dog when you were a kid, so I figured, hey, why wouldn't you want a couple more?"

This, usually wouldn't be enough to piss you off that much. After all, he tried to be thoughtful. But he seemed to have forgotten your apartment's strict no animals rule. You watch in horror as the puppies knock over decorations, urinate on the floor and jump all over you.
