Tengen Uzui was the art teacher at Kimestu Academy. Students called him ‘Gansta Sensei’ since he used to be in a gang.

He would use dynamite and explode classrooms saying that ‘art is an explosion’.

Tengen disliked students who he thought were ‘plain’. He thrived on being flashy after all.
