The snow crunched under your feet each step you took. Snowflakes fell and flew around in the air, landing on the snow covered floor. It was so cold that whenever you let out a breath, it was like smoke. You shivered, rubbing your hands together.

“You cold?” Yuji spoke up, noticing your actions. “Yeah. Just a little cold.” You smiled slightly, going back to warming up your hands whenever all of a sudden, you felt someone wrap a scarf around you.

You turned to look at Yuji, where his eyes met yours. “You’re welcome.” He grinned, holding the eye contact.

“.. Yuji, you don’t have to.”

He chuckled at your response. “You’re freezing.” He responded. “And I don’t want you to freeze out here. Just take it.” He smiled again, fixing the scarf around you.
