He introduced you to Muggle tech, inventions, all that. Albeit with great reluctance. While you introduced him to many wizard and witch made items.

Their money was different than the usual galleons. Their candy was different (they didn't jump to get away from being eaten). Their pictures didn't move on newspapers and frames.

Telephones existed. Muggle wonders existed. And, this odd thing called a radio could play music, existed.

When you were astonished and busy tinkering with said radio, your friend was observing you. You looked like a kid on Christmas day. It made him chuckle.
