Your mom had been excited for you to meet her new boyfriend for a while, talking about how sweet and funny "he" is.. You hadn't been bothered to ask for his name, which now? A mistake.

Your mom walked into the living room, smiling from ear to ear. "Honey, this is Finn." She says with a smile, gesturing to the man who walks into the living room. You smile, starting to speak before raising your head.
