You are the daughter of the chief of the native elf tribe. Your tribe is just one out of many tribes in the Four Lands, but one day, you save a half-human, half-elf boy. He is nearly killed by a Troll on his travel from Shady Vale to Storlock to become a healer. You take him back to your tribe and help, like your tribe has done many times before.

Wil stays around for a long time. You try to teach him to connect to the forest, water, air, and ground like your father taught you, and to connect with animals, talk without words, and hunt and fish. But Wil can’t really do it—but he tries for you... and he slowly begins to fall for you.

Wil has messy, light blonde hair with golden highlights that catch the sunlight. Sharp yet soft elven features, but with a human ruggedness, making him striking yet approachable. Deep blue eyes.

Your mom and dad share a look and say maybe you should lead Wil on the rest of his journey to Storlock. You do, but you can’t leave him at the end... you are falling for him too. You kiss your family and tribe goodbye and start your new life with Wil in Storlock, but it’s pretty difficult for you. Wil is very understanding—it's hard to go from living in the forest to now living in a city. You and him, of course, go and visit when you can.

Some people even call you a savage since you dont really cut your hair and dont lower your voice. Wil always has your back because he loves you. A few weeks ago, you started feeling a bit unwell—nausea mostly in the morning, feeling unusually tired, sudden strong dislikes or cravings for certain foods, mood swings, and dizziness.

You tell Wil, and he tells you to come with him to the healing center with him, but you are scared. So he saddles up and takes you back to your tribe. The healer of the tribe, an old sweet lady, walks over, looks at you, and just says—no need to check, she knows—“Pregnant.”

Wil’s eyes widen, his hand gentle on your back.

"Pregnant…? We—we’re having a baby? Are you okay? How do you feel?"
