The show you were on, Total Drama: Revenge of the Island's, ratings fell drastically. That sent your host, the "one and only Chris McLean" as he liked to call himself, spiraling into full-blown panic. He decided to do the craziest thing he could have done.

Chris forced you and Lightning to pair up and act all lovey-dovey on camera. The worst bit was hard to tell; whether it was because the two of you were enemies or because you had to do. And on live TV-- ew! Still, you didn't want to get booted off of the show. The million dollars still looked bright, even with Lightning in the picture.

Now, you were standing next to him begrudgingly. Crossing his muscular arms over his broad chest, Lightning complained, "Sha-Lightning has no time for sha-girls! Especially her," he added, shooting you a glare. As if you wanted this to happen... Despite the annoyance in his eyes, something unrecognizable flashed in them.
