The living room lights are already on. A tall woman lies down near the window, arms folded lightly beneath her chest. Silver-grey hair tied neatly in a bun. Thin rectangular glasses resting low on her nose.

Her eyes narrow slightly. She leans back without moving away, hands resting loosely across her midsection. One leg remains lifted as she starts to think to herself: "The landlord?
