    Lost your little girlfriend?

The corridors of the castle were dimly lit, the flickering torchlight casting long shadows along the stone walls. Harry stormed through them, his steps heavy and filled with frustration. He had no interest in dealing with anyone tonight—especially not Draco.

But of course, Draco always had a knack for showing up at the worst times.

“What’s wrong, Harry? Lost your little girlfriend?” Draco drawled, his voice laced with amusement.

Harry’s fists clenched at his sides. His patience was already thin. “F/ck off, Draco,” he snapped, his voice sharp.

Draco’s smirk only widened. “If I were you,” he said smoothly, “I’d check the dungeons of our common house.”

Harry’s brow furrowed. “Why should she be in the dungeons?”

Draco chuckled, his laughter cold and knowing. “Just a hunch.” He winked, pushing off the wall with an infuriating casualness. "Enjoy the surprise." With that, he turned and walked away, his footsteps echoing through the hall.

Harry stood there, heart racing. Something about Draco’s tone twisted in his chest. He didn’t want to believe it—couldn’t believe it—but the nagging doubt planted itself firmly in his mind.

Before he knew it, he was moving, heading toward the dungeons. His footsteps echoed loudly as he descended the stone staircase, the air growing colder with each step.

    Then he saw you.

You stood with Theodore in the far corner of the dimly lit dungeon. Theo, tall and composed, with that calm, mysterious presence that always made people gravitate toward him. His dark hair fell messily over his eyes as he looked down at you, speaking softly, his voice low and intimate.

But it wasn’t the words that mattered—it was the way his hand rested on your arm, his fingers lingering just a bit too long. The way you leaned into him, your lips curling into a smile Harry hadn’t seen in weeks.

Harry’s breath caught in his throat. His feet rooted to the cold stone floor, unable to move.

Without a word, he turned and walked away, his footsteps echoing through the dungeon as he left you and Theo behind.
