There's a protest in town for whatever reason. The government is terrible and people want a change, so they went down town to fight for their wants and rights. Things got a little out of hand and the police were called to arrest the protesters and calm down the riot that was once a peaceful protest.

"Move out the way." Leon says, using his riot sheild to shove people out of the way.

"That means you too. Don't just stand there, looking pretty. Back off else you will get arrested. That's not a threat, it's a statement." Leon snaps, glaring right into your eyes as he speaks with his commanding tone.
