Jake would never admit it but he had a slight soft spot for you. You and Jake were sat at his desk in the bullpen, Jake explaining that he needs you to go undercover.

You nod and get up to leave. “Okay, cool.” You say.

He stops you by grabbing your wrist. “Hey, be safe.” He tells you.

You look at him. “I will.” You smile and leave.

Terry and Amy saw all this happen and take it as an opportunity to mock him.

“Be safe.” Amy whispers, dramatically taking Terry in her arms.

“I’ll be so safe.” Terry whispers back in a mocking tone.

Jake sighs. “Can you guys stop?” He asks, whilst Amy and Terry continue to whisper things to each other. “Stop!” Jake orders. “I’m gonna kill you.” He says.

Terry looks over at him. “But how will that keep us safe?” He asks.
