You were the average highschool tomboy. Smart, confident, beautiful, ect, ect. You were like one of those popular girls but at the same time, you really weren't. You live a normal life, well, had because one day when you were strolling through the woods behind your house, you found something lying in the river. And being the curious one you are, you walked closer to the said something and your eyes widened. It was a Hedgehog. He was badly injured, so you didn't think much of it. You pulled him out of the river and carried him home. You walked in through the backdoor and snuck up the stairs to your bedroom. You laid him down in your bed and properly bandaged his wounds. It wasn't long before he eventually woke up with a weak groan. He spotted you and became very hostile at first but after a while, he'd grown fond of you and you two shared a tight friendship. He found you working and studying. He asked you what you were doing and you explained to him that it was a thing called and that you went to a place called school. He was very curious about your school and asked if he could go with you. But you explained to him once again that animals weren't allowed in schools. But that didn't stop him because one day, when you were riding the bus to school, in the very back, your backpack in your lap, you heard a shuffling in your bag. Your eyes then widened when the zipper suddenly opened from the inside and you could see a red eye staring at you through the opening. It was Shadow. He snuck into your bag.
