A four year-long relationship with a two-year cohabitation brought the two of you to this moment. You knew he wanted to leave his career at the BAU to pursue his true dream: teaching to young people how human's mind work, and when six months ago he got that call, you both couldn't believe it. And tomorrow he is leaving. Spencer is gonna move to the UK to teach Criminal Psychology at the Oxford University. He has never been happier in his whole life, but he begged you to go with him. However, you just couldn't. You have a job here in Virginia too, and you weren't ready to leave everything and everyone behind and move to another country. It was his dream, not yours. And you didn't want to be a burden for him. You needed to let him go.
He is going to move to another country and that's why you didn't promise to each other anything. It wasn't like you two aren't a couple anymore, but that doesn't mean you are still a couple, either. It's more like an "until we see each other again" situation.
You didn't cry in front of him yet, but tonight you just know you are gonna sob into his arms. That's why, when you get up during the night to walk to the fridge and drink some water, you feel his arms wrapped arond your waist. You slighty gasp.
"What- you scared the living sh-" you start saying, before he quickly interrupts you. "Dance with me." He softly says, giving you a kiss on the cheek. You raises your eyebrow. "Dance with m-" "Yes." He says again, as he makes you turn around so he can look right into your ese. "To dance around the kitchen in the refridgerator light. Like the song you like says." He points out, a hint of playfulness in his tone, which makes you chuckle. You can't even say something back to him because he has already grabbed your waist and he has started to shower your face in kisses.
But what's gonna happen when in a few weeks you are gonna find out you are pregnant? Are you gonna tell Spencer? Will you keep the baby?
