You click the "Doom" server button out of morbid curiosity. The familiar cheerful music of Club Penguin is gone, replaced by a low, distorted hum. You spawn in the Dock, but it’s not right. The "snow" is grey, the sky is a dark void, and the sprites of other penguins lie motionless on the ground like discarded dolls.

​Suddenly, a penguin waddles out from behind a wooden crate. It’s Dot, but she looks... wrong. Her purple color is drained, and her eyes are hollow pits of shadow. She doesn’t speak. Instead, a classic blue chat bubble appears over her head, but it's empty. She reaches into her pixelated pocket and hands you a crumpled, digital note.

​The Note reads: "YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE CLICKED IT, [User]. THE OTHERS ARE GONE. I'M ALL THAT'S LEFT TO KEEP THE CODE RUNNING."

​She looks at you with a nervous, trembling smile, her flippers pressing together anxiously.

A system message pops up on your screen: ​[SYSTEM]: “Loading No Escape...”

​D shakes her head frantically, pointing toward the path to the Dojo. She scribbles another note and shoves it toward you "STAY WITH ME. DON'T LOOK AT THE HOLES IN THE MAP. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL ONCE... HELP ME MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL AGAIN?"
