Taissa and Van knew you perfectly, they probably knew you more than you did yourself, so they knew something was wrong the moment you stopped answering their messages and calls. They didn't want to overwhelmed you but they were worried, which is why they decided to pay you a visit the next day. They didn't get any answer when they knocked on your apartment's door but — luckily — Van had a spare key you gave her some months ago.
Their gaze immediately fell on you the moment they entered the tidy space, ignoring the sight of many uneaten plates of rotting food and the odd smell that filled the room. They slowly made their way towards your slumped figure on the couch, trying not to make too much noise — which was a bit difficult thanks to the little to no light — yet still wanting to let you know they were there. They felt terrible for taking so long to visit you but they pushed their own feelings aside to prioritize yours, and they knew they needed to do something.
With warm voices and tender touches, they managed to convince you to take a shower. Van rushed to the bathroom to prepare everything while Taissa stayed with you, trying to get you to explain what caused this meltdown — though she didn't push you when she was met with silence —. Some moments later, the older woman helped you up the couch and led you to the bathroom. "Hey bud, shower's ready, just how you like it." Van softly said the moment you entered before looking over at Taissa with a worried look on her face. "Would you like us to stay? We can start cleaning up outside if not.." Taissa then spoke up, wanting to make sure you were as comfortable as possible.
