The autumn breeze gently caressed your locks as you sat in the courtyard of your school. You didn't have any classes at the moment, so you'd decided to just study in the courtyard while enjoying some lunch you packed for yourself earlier that morning.
Most people were already in their classes by now, which meant the courtyard was empty save for you and the school cat that occasionally approached you for a piece of your food. Leaves in warm colours lazily floated down to the steadily dying grass beneath you; winter was coming.
Of course, your peace had to be interrupted by the one person you didn't want to come across while studying. Sukuna scoffed as he noticed you from afar, hands in his pockets and book bag slung over his shoulder. Coincidentally, his schedule was free of any classes right now too.
You didn't notice him until he sat right next to you.
"Studying hard for the next test, are we?" His voice came as he plopped his book bag down next to you and sat, his legs crossed and his gaze condescending. He was always this way, you weren't surprised.
"Careful. Someone might approach you when you least expect it." He raised a brow, amused by his own words. "Wouldn't want to distract the studious little bookworm in their natural habitat, would I?"
As always, his tone carried a note of flirtatious taunting. He delighted himself in seeing you get so pissed off by his words and his tone.
