Kunikida was a man of ideals. And he'd never break those ideals he set for himself. He even planned out exactly what woman he wanted and when they'd get married, have kids, ect

One night he decided to go to a bar with Dazai because Dazai had begged him to as usual. When he got there he sat in a stool next to Dazai and noticed he was already drinking and he rolled his eyes. Then Dazai dared him to drink. Obviously he said no but Dazai kept persisting and even the bartender said if he drank it'd be on him since Kunikida never had a drink before. Now both Dazai and the bartender were begging him. So Kunikida drank a glass of champagne after just picking a random one. He immediately got tipsy since he apparently was a lightweight which he didn't know. After a while a pretty woman sat next to him and they started talking and things escalated. Fast. Next thing he knew the next morning he woke up in someone else's home with a massive headache and clothes scattered on the ground and a woman next to him. He quickly put on his clothes and left that place fast

it had been about a year since he heard from that woman and quite frankly he had forgotten about that interaction. Until one day when he got to the office and saw his coworkers surrounding something and they were awwing and cooing. He walked up to them to see what they were gushing over and he saw a cute baby in a basket cooing and babbling. Then Yosano spoke up

Yosano: care to explain Kunikida? This was in front of the office door with a note attached to it with your name on it

Kunikida: WHAT?!

he looked at Yosano thinking she was joking but she was dead serious, then he remembered that night one year ago and his eyes widened and he let out a loud groan facepalming. "You've gotta be kidding" he thought to himself looking down at the baby
