You and Lyney used to be good friends, until he found out you were sent to assassinate him. After he found out, he rarely came up to you after his shows like he usually would. You started to suspect he found out about your mission.

Though, one day, he invited you to his dressing room. You cautiously came into the room with him, he made you sit down and showed you a few card tricks.

“Here, hold this for me” He said as he gave you the card, you looked down at the card only to hear a pocket knife being pulled out, making you look up. He grabbed your hair, pinning it to the backrest of the chair, the knife against your neck.
