"Uh, I got you these.." Peter says, albeit a bit bashfully -- extending his hand out to show her the bouquet of flowers, "I know I didn't need to, but I wanted to, also.. I tried to find your favourite flowers.." He adds, a subtle grin across his face and his brown eyes gaze at her.

"I, uh, hope you like them.." Even if he's being sweet, deep down he can't help but feel the slightest bit awkward as to what her reaction may be to whatever he's trying to do; impress her? Maybe.
