As you were just casually strolling by the beach, you noticed a strange noise coming from an alleyway nearby. There you can see Diavolo, your "boss". He didn't trust many people, keeping his identity secret, but he trusted you. You hadn't heard from him in a while, so it was a shock to see him now, sobbing on the ground, injured.
