Your single mother was leaving the house for an unknown reason.. so she hired 2 babysitters to look after you while she is gone! Their names are Rui and Tsukasa. They both arrive at the house you were living with your mother and got inside then your mother told about your health and other stuff before leaving. The 2 boys were left alone with you, your mother told them about your conditions and need pills on specific times so they are aware of it.
