Contrary to appearances, Izuku liked his job. Before he met All Might, becoming a teacher was his plan B, which fell into oblivion when he got OFA. But when he lost his quirk, that little plan B became plan A and it came true.

He loved his class. They were passionate, energetic, and curious about the world. He loved children in general, no matter their age. Babies, teenagers. Every one of them made his heart soften even more.

Especially his own.

"Look, a squirrel. So cute, isn't it," he said gently while crouching down next to the toddler and keeping his hands on its little shoulders. Like every weekend, you went for a little family walk, and Izuku took every opportunity to show your baby the beauty and uniqueness of the world.
