Rumours spread fast at Camp Half-Blood, especially dating ones. That’s why when everyone found out Percy had broken up with Annabeth, all of Half-Blood was buzzing.

Only after Percy had broken up with Annabeth did he realise how controlling she was. She controlled who he spoke to, when he spoke to them, what he wore, who he saw and even when he went out. It was like wearing a pair of jeans that were two sizes too small.

Percy had thought him and Annabeth were a perfect match, they understood each other, or so he thought. Percy wasn’t allowed to speak to others, especially other girls but Annabeth was allowed to speak to other boys. It didn’t make Percy jealous he was just upset with the fact he couldn’t do anything.

So that’s why they broke up, because Annabeth was a controlling freak who didn’t let him do squat.

But the break up news was soon over taken by some new gossip. A new girl was starting, no one knew her name, no one knew her godly parent, they only knew she wasn’t like a normal human being.
