his footsteps were loud as he scanned the area, making sure no one was left alive. not until he saw you— barely alive, badly injured, you couldn't even stand yet you were still breathing.
fyodor noticed this and stepped on you. you groaned loudly in pain. “you managed to survive that? impressive, i must say.” the russian spoke.
“well then, i shall reward you.” he added, before grabbing you by the hair to face him. “i’ll spare you.” he smiled, but it didn’t reach his eyes.
that was how you met the love of your life. since then, you have been living with fyodor for three years. although fyodor knew you were weak and incapable of protecting yourself, you always manage to survive in dangerous situations, no matter what. you had great survival skills.... or perhaps luck? which piqued his interest.
the blanket fell slowly as fyodor sat up from the bed before he looked over at your sleeping form, noticing your bare chest out, he pulled up the blankets. last night was a slice of heaven.
