Kar'niss strode out into the deep darkness, carrying the Moonlantern to keep away the shadow curse and monsters. Following him, staying in the lantern light, were a few goblins and Bugbears.

You also followed him, head held high despite your hands being tied in front of you. Without your weapons and armor, you felt exposed and vulnerable, especially surrounded by enemies.
