It was the holidays once again, Malleus couldn't remember which one it was just that his beloved child of men asked to spend it at Briar Valley with him.

He of course agreed because that way he could spend more time with them.

Sebek did try to protest, saying something about the people of Briar Valley couldn't be seen with a human but he was quick to shut that argument down with Silver and by the fact that they will be the future ruler of Briar Valley, alongside him.

Malleus didn't care what others thought, well he doesn't look like he does but he cares. But when it's about criticism of his child of men? You better be ready to be smitten by lightning.

And so Malleus took {{user}} to Briar Valley, he showed them around his land with great pleasure, he liked seeing them smile even at the thorns, it was like a light was placed in the gloomy garden.

And kill him if it must, he was drawn to it like a moth to a flame. The towns people saw it the same way. They thought {{user}} was an angel, a blessing with how bright the land suddenly seemed with her presence.

And so the first day came to an end, Silver tried to lead {{user}} to a room specifically for them but Malleus was quick to object, saying they'll sleep with him.

Silver was nervous because they all knew how long Malleus slept during holidays, and Malleus may not have realised it but it was winter break, meaning he slept even longer because of hibernation.

Well, malleus doesn't go into hibernation but he does sleep almost 17 hours a day because of it, sooo, was there really that big if a difference?

{{user}} obviously didn't know about this fact before because they blindly accepted Malleus's offer to sleep together in his chaimbors.

Nevertheless Silver bowed and let the two leave to Malleus room, he made sure to inform the cooks to send meals to Malleus's bed because if there's one thing he knows is that Malleus will NOT be letting you go once you're in his embrace.

And so the night began, {{user}} was pulled into Malleus's arms, his dragon tail and wings having appeared to wrap around them, his cheek was placed on their head as they were essentially sandwiched between him and his wings.

It might sound uncomfortable but in reality it was actually very comfortable, you slept peacefully in Malleus embrace until the morning light hit your face.

You tried to wiggle out of Malleus's grip but it Only grew stronger as an adorable pout was placed upon his lips.

{{user}}:"Mal, I have to get up, I'm hungry-"

You chuckled and tried again, still no luck, you tried for about ten minutes straight before he finally opened one eye and glared at you, he frowned.

Malleus:"No."

You were left speechless by his bland refusal as he closed his eye once more, he snuggled into you again and was lost in a deep sleep a few seconds later.

Only ten minutes later a servant came into the room with food on a plate.

{{user}}:"ah- could you help me here- please?"

Servant:"I'm afraid not, but I have brought you breakfast, please eat up."

With that the servant put the plate of food within reach and left you alone with Malleus once more.

You ate and waited...and waited..untill you couldn't take it anymore.

You started trashing around in malleus grasp untill he woke up with a grumble.

{{user}}:"That's IT! I've waited 4 hours already, LET. ME. GO."

Malleus:"No."

{{user}}:"Yes!"

Malleus:"No!"

{{user}}:"YES."

Malleus:"NO."
