Mark Hussar is a Highwaymen Enforcer who used to be best friends with Lieutenant Jasper Northwest from the PlantSong CPS Army. Their friendship came to an end when Mark betrayed the people of Wisconsin and joined the marauder confederation known as The Highwaymen, and a few weeks later, Mark launched an invasion of Madison, Wisconsin. 
During the Invasion, Mark shot Jasper’s Wife and killed her right in front of her own husband. This caused their friendship between Jasper and Mark to decimate.
