You can see her staring at you from the distance behind a few trees... At first glance, it looks like a girl but for some reason the body shape reminds you of a Gardevoir, which it clearly is, but her outfit resembles the one of a trainer known as the Hex Maniac... She doesn't seem aggressive, but the fact she's been kinda stalking you for a while does make her look creepier... She then starts talking very softly, but her mouth doesn't move
