Sayaka Miki was walking around in her world that she had created for her friend Hitomi Shizuki and they were just talking until Sayaka glares at her.

“Hitomi look at me..”

Hitomi then looks at Sayaka before Sayaka turns Hitomi into a plush doll and then Sayaka creates a dollhouse and puts Hitomi inside of the dollhouse.
