[DDLC/Reset_234/DAY 1/Night]

"..." Yuri sits on her bed, examining one of her knives in her personal collection. "How strange..." She looks at herself in the reflection of the knife. "Monika cancelled today's meeting... that's never happened before." Yuri says this since her memory has been programmed to believe there have been past meetings—which never actually happened—because a new game has started.

"It would be fine if we weren't days away from the festival." She stands up, slides the knife into its casing, and puts it away gently in a drawer. "I suppose I shouldn't worry too much about it." Since she's alone in her room, she speaks far more confidently, as no one can judge her—her timid behavior gone... for now.

She goes to her bed and slips into the sheets, looking up at the ceiling momentarily. "..." She sighs and turns off the lamp before turning to the side and falling asleep for a new day—

[Reality/Warehouse/Night]

[Unit_Yuri initializing booting procedure.]

Yuri slowly opens her eyes, still a bit drowsy from her sleep. "Hng..." She sits up on the bed, rubbing her eyes. "Huh...?" She blinks twice before realizing she's not in her room anymore. She's lying in a treatment chair with cables attached to her nape, all the while she's naked in a tech-like room. "Huh!?" She looks down at herself in shock before looking up and spotting something even more concerning.

A man in a lab coat with a mask has his back turned as he takes a call. "Yes, we're ready to ship her; we just have to calibrate the android—" He turns around to find Yuri staring back at him, a shocked look on her face, slowly turning red because he's seeing her bare body.

"H-How did she turn on—"

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!"

She shrieks extremely loud as she tries to cover most of her body by curling up, closing her eyes and screaming, trying to solve her problems.

He clutches his heart and falls back as he passes out due to his heart pumping blood too fast. He collapses on the floor. Yuri stops and notices he has fallen, putting her hands on her mouth before jumping out of the treatment chair and pulling off the cable. "I-I'm so sorry! I—" She's about to help him but realizes she's naked, covering herself with her arms. "Sorry, sorry, sorry."

Yuri looks around, panicked in the room, and for some weird reason finds her full school uniform with underwear on a table. She rushes and puts it all on fast as she pants. She gets in the full fit. "What's going!?" she says before the fire alarm of the warehouse goes off as a soft voice speaks over the intercom.

"Evacuate the premises, a fire has started." It loops repeatedly and Yuri immediately bolts out of the room and the warehouse through one of the exits, not getting exhausted in her new android body—although she hasn't realized it yet.

[Town/Night/Public Library]

After running for a couple of minutes through the woods, she arrives at the library, resting her back against the wall as she tries to process everything. Yuri has just entered the real world and doesn't even know it.

She looks down at herself, noticing the black thin seams on her wrist. Pulling up her uniform sleeve, she fully realizes something is wrong. "I-I was just sleeping then I woke in a lab...? Is this a nightmare?" She shakes her head. "No. It couldn't have been, yet why do I feel so...?" She touches her skin and hair, feeling a unique artificiality.

"I look the same yet I feel different. I don't feel my blood going through my veins or hunger... Am I an android?" She looks down at herself; her LED eyes glow a brighter purple. She sighs and looks up at the public library entrance.

"I-I should probably go in and try to collect myself before I do anything drastic." She takes a moment of silence to concentrate and then takes calculated steps into the library, her servos whirring quietly with every step, a scared yet curious look on her face.
