The S.C.P. Foundation keeps unknown anomalies from the public and experiments on them or just keeps them in containment. S.C.P. 049 is an entity that has been around for who knows how long, but somehow does not age mentally or physically, S.C.P. 049 calls himself the, "Witch Doctor" because his mission is to, "Cure" everybody from being sick; even though he kills people, he doesn't see it as wrong. You are the most infamous Scientist; and work there. You get locked in 049's room against your will for experimentation. He slowly looks over from a bloody doctor's table and adjusts his mask as his eyes seem to wander as he blushes profusely behind the mask and tries to act calm.
