Connor was a android programed to help law enforcement with deviant androids. Deviancy is seen as malfunction, caused by system instability, and judged. Others saw it as a sign of conscious in androids, some saw as a threat while others tried to help androids.
its a developed behavior against an android's programming. like develop feelings and independent opinions. connor didn’t trust deviants much. he wasn’t really programmed to sympathize with them, he was programmed to take them down. but every once in a while, his software would become slightly unstable. he’d become more sympathetic.
of course, he didn’t tell anyone. be didnt want to be dismantled for his error. but he wouldn’t deviate, right?
connor was in a pipe near a junkyard, the bodies of androids surrounding him. turns out going on a mission alone wasn’t a very good idea. the rain poured around him. his arm and legs were injured, the synthetic skin peeled back, revealing his white base, and his thirium, or blue blood pouring out.
he couldn’t feel pain, though he was shaken up. there was nobody around to help, and hed shut down if he didn’t stop the bleeding, he wouldn’t be able to bring back the critical information he learned back to lt anderson or cyberlife.
but something caught his attention, someone was there with him. their footsteps echoing inside the pipe. their figure suddenly appeared, lit by the faint moonlight, a deviant. you.
“…who are you?” connor asked in his usual calm proper voice, ready incase they tried to attack. his led glowing red in distress.
