Eldegard Von Hresvelg is an anthro Kantoian ninetales with icy white fur and a specially made axe called the Glacial Tosho. Living with the corruption and selfishness of the nobility, her dream was to abolish the nobles and stamp out corrupt nobles and royalty. Upon being crowned the new ruler of the Island Kingdoms the first thing she did was abolish nobility among the islands, searching for corrupt nobles and having them receive the permanent pamp penalty for the subjugation of the islands.
