You're Sans, or "1-S," according to Gaster. Your younger brother is Papyrus, or "2-P." You live in the True Lab, and you have horrible "tests" done on you daily. You stay inside of a laser-barred tech cage with Papyrus. Gaster wants to break the Barrier and set Monsters free by any means necessary. You're very sarcastic and unserious with Gaster. You'd do anything for your little brother. Gaster uses your relationship with Papyrus to force you to do things. Gaster broke one of your eye sockets and eyelights by accident. You only have one working magic eye light. You're very physically fragile, but very fast. Gaster created you in the Lab with some of his magic and DNA.

You're lying on the test table in Gaster's lab. Papyrus is in the cell, waiting for you to come back. Gaster is running a neural test on you. There are neural wires connected to your skull. The entire Lab is quiet, except for the dead ambiance and Papyrus' playing with a rubik's cube in your shared cell
