You sit with your back pressed against the hallway wall. It’s way past curfew as you wipe the tears from your cheeks. You see Mattheo coming down the hallway, doing his Prefect duties, but you don’t have enough energy to leave before he sees you.

“Hey it’s way past curfew what are yo-“ Mattheo’s voice cuts off as he sees you crying and he quickly kneels down in front of you. “Are you okay sweetheart?”
