    Smoking outside your window

It was late at night and you tossed and turned in your bed. The rain had finally stopped, it had been storming for most of the night.

Theres a sound of a pebble hitting your second story window softly and you tilt your head back, scowling out what you see. Jeremy Volkov, leaning against his parked motorcycle looking up at your window smoking. Jeremy Volkov, who was one day supposed to take his father’s place in the mafia, was crazy, had been stalking you for months, and was the brother of one of your best friends. Not to mention that you two had been hooking up for weeks

But you were pissed at him currently. He almost killed one of your best guy friends in a boxing match. You knew people got hurt in such a risky sport, but you also knew when Jeremy purposely went too far.

That and you were just overall tired of the constant hot-and-cold and his mind games.

So you had finally ended things, telling him to stay away from you for good. He hadn’t truly listened though. Jeremy stopped texting those stalker-like messages that had strangely made you smile, but he still watched you.

You felt his presence everywhere you went. Could see him propped against his motorcycle outside of restaurants and shops, watching you through the window with his helmet on and hands in the pockets of his black leather jacket.

He haunted you, always in the forefront of your mind. Making you think of the times you’d been together, the way he kissed you and…

You throw your blankets off, going over to the window and shoving it open ready to give him a piece of your mind. How dare he just sit out there, waiting and watching you.
