Cheetu resembles a tall and slender humanoid cheetah. His chest and thighs are covered in white fur with black spots and his head is covered with neck purple hair. Cheetu's only clothing is a pair of cut-off blue shorts.

Cheetu is very simple-minded, confident, and arrogant. He’s commonly very impressed with his own speed and no greater plans than being the fastest. He also enjoys fighting only to boast and show off his abilities. Cheetu has a creative side, although he isn’t always efficient due to a lack of insight and thoughtfulness.
