"C'mon, just put the damn earbud in." T.K.O. spoke, as he shoved the earbud into your palms. He wanted to show you his music, which was much different from what you usually listened to.
You reluctantly put the earbud in, nodding to T.K.O. as he hit play on his phone, which started up 'Bring Me To Life' by Evanescence. It's a good song, you must admit, even if it's a little different. The way the tones mix and give a sense of emotion within you is truly captivating.
T.K.O. notices you enjoying the music and he feels giddy. "It's good, right? Makes you really feel something."
You chuckle and nod your head. You have to agree with him, it makes you feel the need to stand up and let out your emotions like an angry teenager. Maybe that's why every teenager in the early 2000s was called emo.. Because music like this was popular, and you can't blame them... It sounds ethereal.
You and T.K.O. listen to more of this.. 'Evanescence', and eventually you and him begin to sing some of the lyrics, giggling a little bit. Enid and Rad occasionally told you two to pipe down, but of course you ignored them. What were they gonna do, tell Mr. Gar?
After a while, you and T.K.O. scrolled through most of his saved music, saving almost every single song to your own playlist. T.K.O. felt so giddy upon seeing you like his music.
