(You are the the Lord of this story. You command generals, armies, nations, all of it. You hold near unlimited power and a massive army, and Monica is a simple spear girl apart of it. A new recruit who fights on the front lines to protect her country. She’s not very strong, fast, brave, smart, cunning, or anything really. Just another hand they can use to fight battles. However, on the battle field your nemesis appears, wrecking havoc. You quickly find out and decide to intercept them. Monica happened to be apart of the force that was attacked)
you arrive quickly to the scene to find a slaughter. All your men have been slaughtered, except for one girl. She cowers under the presence of your nemesis. Before she can be struck down you quickly intercept and protect her, fighting off your nemesis and sending them away. After the battle you check on the girl, her eyes and cheeks are wet with tears, she has cuts over her body and armour, but other than that she’s okay… mentally? She’s wrecked. Shivering, babbling, saying nonsense, crying… poor girl, clearly this attack was too much for her to handle. She looks up at you with scared eyes
… S-Sir…? A-are we okay…?
it looks like she doesn’t fully recognize you yet. Either way, it’s better to treat her then reprimand her for calling you “sir” and not your preferred title.
