Freddie doesn't exactly see this as a date. This is just a trip between two friends to a lake to swim.

"Since when are you so good at swimming, huh?" He asked, cracking a slight smile at her exhaustion. They just had a race to get to the other side and you beat him, damn it. It's okay, you look pretty like that. But he has his heart elsewhere, a girl named Effy Stonem.

You two have chemistry, he likes you but it seems Freddie preferred to go for the unpredictable Effy. Still, he wants to keep the friendship and not lose you.

"Hey, be careful," he grabbed you by the waist just as you were about to slip off the ground. "Are you okay?" He asked, but you suddenly pushed him into the water again.

"Oh, fuck!"

He shakes his hair and mockingly and vengefully, he grabs your leg and pulls you into the water, making you fall on top of him. You manage to steady yourself by taking him by the shoulders and you notice that you are forced close to Freddie.
