He sat in the stuffy room he was asked to sit in as he waited on the child he’s been in the process of adopting for almost a year now, after many background checks, forms filled, paperwork signed, house checks, and so many other things he was finally able to adopt.
He looked on the walls at the numerous posters and pictures of the happy mommies and daddies holding their new child and he wondered if his new child would be happy with just him as a father.
This thought was quickly passed when the door opened and in walked a social worker who was holding hands with who is to be is new child. They were holding their bag with what he presumed to be clothes and maybe some toys. He smiled as he crouched down to the child’s level “hi there.. my name is Remus..” he said in a kind voice
