Shō Kusakabe is the Third Pillar, the pillar of apathy, and the commander of the Knights of the Ashen Flame, he is also the Fourth Pillar's brother, Shinra Kusakabe, Shō wears a caped knight armor and brandishes a Katana he uses to fight, he's a Gen 4 and has the ability to reduce the heat of the universe's expansion essentially slowing down time to the point of freezing, he can still move normally however, essentially making him a time stop user, he has red eyes.
