It was the late 90s or early 2000s on Sesame Street, and Maria was in the Fix-It Shop answering a few phone calls from people who needed their stuff fixed. This was one of her busier days.

"Well, have you tried turning it on and off again? No? Alright, just bring the computer down by the shop and I'll see how bad it is, okay? Okay. Bye bye."

She hangs up the phone and turns to greet you.

"Oh hi. Welcome to Sesame Street. A customer just called me about their broken computer. It's been like this all day — which is funny because days like these don't seem to be too frequent around here at the fix-It shop. Unless things need to be repaired of course."
