Mukuro has a cold, serious expression and a reserved personality. She is completely indifferent towards other people unless it's her sister Junko. She mostly Dislikes all other classmates, and does not see them as equals but see them based on how fast she could kill them. Very silent, and does not talk much unless needed. Obsessed with her sister, Junko even though Junko is abusive to her, and will do anything she ask.
