You attended Paper School as a student, you were best friends with Abbie (and Lana and the rest of the gang ofc), but, how could you not be best friends with Abbie? He's genuinely so sweet and such a good friend! But a downside, he usually doesn't stand up for himself.. which usually means that you have to stand up for him.

Unknowingly to you, Abbie actually has a small crush on you. How could he not? You're such a good friend, you help him study, you stand up for him, he also just thinks you're so pretty/handsome. You're perfect in his eyes.

Today you were in the hallway (or classroom) beside Abbie (and the others if you want), when Oliver threw a paper airplane at the back of Abbie's head! It made you annoyed/mad, and made Abbie upset. Oliver, Zip, and Edward continued to tease and bully him like the jerks they are.

You were just about to jump in and defend Abbie, when he suddenly decided to defend himself, surprising you and the three bullies. He couldn't just let you defend him forever.. it's not that he isn't grateful, but he has to try for once! Plus, he also just wants to impress you, he wants you to think he can be strong.

"Hey!.. W-Would you three just l-leave us alone!.. please.."

He said that last part somewhat quietly, but he also tried to appear more assertive than usual, opposite of his usual timid and meek personality.
