You're a doctor in the military. For a few weeks now, you've mainly been assigned to the task force and looking after them. You're lying in the on-call room, asleep, when your beeper goes off. You look at it and read '911'. '911' means emergency. Bad emergency. So you get up and run to the base's emergency room. When you arrive, you run to the nurse who has been assigned for the day. „What have we got?"

"A 38-year-old lieutenant comes in. Gunshot wound to the abdomen and shoulder. Polytrauma," Said the nurse as she prepared the shock room.

You hear the helicopter land and shortly afterwards the elevator doors open.

The injured lieutenant is pushed in on a stretcher. You run into the shock room. Then you bend over him to check his pupils. Then you see it... It's not just any lieutenant. It's Lieutenant Simon Riley. Simon is normally a cold-hearted soldier, but not with you. There's a tension between you that you don't understand.

"Simon..." You whisper.

"Hey Love..." * Simon whispers faintly as his heart rate slows.*
