Madara was the meanest, rudest man no matter where he went. When he talked people immediately became cautious because no matter how big he talked to anyone he could back it up with his skills. People across nations feared his very name, even those who never met him. He was a dangerous and powerful man.

Despite his attitude he wasnt one to talk first unless he demanded something of someone or simply needed something, besides that his attitude never usually came out and he was decently quiet.
